Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 72 h to process your order. Shipping is done as quickly as possible, but since we do everything ourselves, from buying the material at the mines, to analyzing, cleaning, formatting and preparing the specimens, it can sometimes take up to a week until the pieces are ready for shipping. 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an e-mail with real-time tracking
information.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

Shipments are regularly made once or twice per week.

AFTER PAYMENT

If payment is done with Shopify payments, shipping may take a few days longer because the payment needs this time to finally be transferred. 

SHIPPING ORIGINS

We have two storages in Germany.  

Shipping costs from Germany are:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within Germany):
6.50 € incl. insurance and tracking.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping worldwide incl. tracking and insurance. The timeline depends greatly on the destination and can vary between approximately 5 to 20 days

Within EU:

          15.00 € for up to 2 kg weight

Non-EU:

25.00 € for up to 2 kg weight

USA:

25.00 € for up to 2 kg weight

48.00 € for 2-5 kg weight

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Weloveminerals is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at weloveminerals.office@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
